Design grading plans that address stormwater management, erosion control, and drainage systems to ensure the site is prepared for construction and meets regulatory standards. Plan and design the layout of utilities (water, sewage, electrical, gas) to integrate seamlessly with the overall site plan.  Design site roads and access points for construction vehicles, employees, and utility services, ensuring smooth traffic flow and safety.   Work closely with structural, mechanical, electrical, and environmental engineers to integrate site infrastructure into the overall project.   Ensure all site designs comply with local zoning laws, environmental regulations, building codes, and safety standards.   Provide technical support during the construction phase, including reviewing contractor submittals, conducting site visits, and resolving on-site issues.   Monitor project timelines and budgets for civil site work, ensuring efficient project delivery while controlling costs.   Prepare detailed site design plans, reports, and technical specifications. Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle. ABOUT YOU Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 7+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on site design for large-scale infrastructure projects (preferably in data centers or industrial facilities). Experience with stormwater management, erosion control, and environmental sustainability practices. Familiarity with local regulations, environmental standards, and building codes relevant to site design. Previous experience in large infrastructure or data center projects is highly desirable.
