Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CCNA/CCNP Voice Engineer with extensive experience in Cisco Unified Communications and DGVox Call Recording & Archiving solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise voice infrastructure while ensuring reliable call recording, compliance, and system availability. The role requires strong troubleshooting capabilities, hands-on deployment experience, and the ability to work with cross-functional infrastructure and security teams. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, configure, and support Cisco Voice infrastructure. Deploy, configure, administer, and troubleshoot DGVox Call Recording and Archiving Software . Install and maintain call recording solutions integrated with Cisco Unified Communications environments. Configure and support Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection, and Cisco IP Phones. Perform upgrades, migrations, patch management, and system health checks for voice and recording platforms. Monitor system performance and proactively resolve voice quality, recording, and archiving issues. Ensure compliance with organizational policies related to call recording retention and security. Integrate DGVox with supported telephony platforms and storage solutions. Perform backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities for voice and recording environments. Troubleshoot SIP, SCCP, H.323, and voice gateway issues. Configure and maintain Cisco voice gateways, CUBE, and SIP trunks. Collaborate with network, security, infrastructure, and application teams during deployments and incident resolution. Produce technical documentation, implementation guides, network diagrams, and operational procedures. Participate in on-call support and provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support when required. Recommend improvements to enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field. CCNA Collaboration/Voice or CCNP Collaboration certification (preferred). Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Cisco Voice technologies. Strong hands-on experience with DGVox Call Recording and Archiving Software . Experience deploying and supporting enterprise call recording solutions. Strong knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM). Experience with Cisco Unity Connection. Experience with Cisco Voice Gateways and CUBE. Strong understanding of SIP, H.323, SCCP, RTP, SRST, and MGCP protocols. Experience with VMware virtualization environments. Knowledge of Windows Server administration. Experience with SQL databases is an advantage. Familiarity with storage, backup, and archiving technologies. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
