Job Description Enfinity Global is seeking a sharp, detail-focused Senior Associate to join our Capital & Investments team in Miami. This person will own investment underwriting across our pipeline — running deep model reviews, critically checking assumptions, stress testing, and building extensive sensitivities — while mentoring and quality-checking junior team members, leading financing transactions, and preparing and presenting investment committee (IC) memos. The Senior Associate reports to the VP, Capital Formation and partners with them day-to-day across underwriting and capital formation. It is a high-impact role at the center of scaling a highly ambitious, aggressive multi-gigawatt (GW) power platform. You will underwrite across the frontier of the energy transition — utility-scale renewables, stand-alone battery storage (BESS), behind-the-meter generation, and power for co-located digital infrastructure serving AI compute — placing you at the leading edge of where clean power and the AI buildout converge. Key responsibilities Own investment underwriting across the US pipeline: deep model reviews, critical assumptions checks, stress testing, and extensive Monte Carlo and scenario sensitivities. Act as a quality-control gate on investment analysis — validating model integrity, key value drivers, and downside cases before capital is committed. Prepare, review, and present IC memos that frame the thesis, risks, returns, and recommended structure for each opportunity. Act as a player-coach to a fast-developing analyst team — setting the bar for modeling and underwriting rigor, coaching juniors on technique, and quality-checking their analytical output. Lead financing transactions end-to-end — diligence, structuring, negotiation, and execution through close — across project finance, tax equity, and debt. Build and pressure-test institutional-grade financial models across the platform's asset classes — utility-scale renewables, stand-alone battery storage, behind-the-meter generation, and co-located digital infrastructure for AI compute — spanning both development-stage and operating assets. Translate technical, commercial, and market inputs into defensible underwriting assumptions and risk-adjusted return expectations. Partner with the development, engineering, legal, and finance teams to diligence and de-risk opportunities ahead of IC. Conduct market research on power market fundamentals, merchant curves, interest rate environments, and tax equity dynamics to inform underwriting. Play a key role in scaling the platform — building the underwriting frameworks, tools, and standards that hold up as deal volume grows. Requirements BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline; advanced degree or CFA a plus. 5-7 years of transaction and investing experience, ideally in the energy sector (renewables strongly preferred), gained at a developer, sponsor, infrastructure fund, private equity firm, or investment bank. Demonstrated ownership of investment underwriting — building and critically reviewing project finance models, debt sizing,
