Design and develop high-performance C++ networking libraries in collaboration with the global team. Help define the technical direction for reusable communication and networking capabilities across the C++ estate. Identify, experiment with and evaluate technologies that could form the basis of next-generation firmwide systems. Work with infrastructure, networking and security teams on platform integration and hardening topics. Identify technology gaps and propose practical solutions, with a focus on developer productivity, performance and resilience. Collaborate with application teams on requirements, adoption and integration. Work with internal clients to improve application performance and reliability. Maintain and enhance existing C++ libraries and platform components. Promote best practices within the team and across the wider C++ community. Support other engineers through technical coaching, design review and knowledge sharing.
