Business Development Manager – Healthcare Data & Analytics Base: £70,000-£80,000 | OTE: £50,000+ | Hybrid (London, 3 days in office) UK territory We are working with a market-leading data and analytics business to appoint a Healthcare BDM – a newly created role driven by the decision to verticalise and build a dedicated Healthcare practice. This is a genuinely exciting moment to join: the company has spotted a huge opportunity in the healthcare space and is looking to use this hire as a figurehead that can drive multi-product solution sales to the marketplace. The proposition combines software licences and data-led consulting to help Healthcare, Pharma and public health organisations identify where changes could improve outcomes. Clients include NHS bodies, social care commissioners, healthcare consultancies and device companies. Top performers in this team are earning £150,000-£200,000. The role – Develop new business across the UK Healthcare sector, with a small number of existing accounts to inherit – Sell a joined-up, multi-product solution – licences and consulting –rather than a single product – Engage at Head of Strategy, Head of R&D, Head of Advisory and Project Director level – Manage a complex 4-6 month sales cycle with 3-5 year contracts – Work alongside a pre-sales team who tailor proposals, and generate pipeline through BDR support, events and research reports What we are looking for – Experience selling SaaS, software licences, BI or technology services – into the NHS, social care or public health sector (ESSENTIAL) – A strong understanding of how public health organisations buy – and the ability to sell to the same decision-makers – The proven experience of implementing solution led selling. – A hunter mentality with a methodical, intelligent approach to business development – drive and curiosity are the key traits the hiring manager selects on – Commutable to West London, with the ability to be in the office 3 days per week The package – Base salary: £70,000-£80,000 – OTE: £50,000+, paid monthly and quarterly – Laptop, credit card, healthcare, pension – Gym membership, accident insurance, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
