Senior Business Analyst Dublin (Hybrid) Permanent RoleA growing consulting team is expanding due to increased demand across banking and financial services transformation programmes. They are looking for Business Analysts who can operate comfortably in complex client environments, working across change, systems, and operational improvement initiatives.This is a client facing role where you will be central to shaping solutions, improving processes, and ensuring technology and business teams stay aligned throughout delivery.What you will be doing* Break down complex business problems and translate them into structured, actionable requirements * Analyse current processes and design improved future state workflows * Facilitate workshops and drive clarity across diverse stakeholder groups * Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly * Support governance, decision making forums, and programme oversight activities * Ensure traceability from requirements through to testing and delivery * Contribute to both agile and structured project environments depending on the client setting * Engage with third parties and vendors as part of broader delivery teamsWhat you need* Several years experience working as a Business Analyst on technology or transformation initiatives * Background in banking, insurance, or broader financial services environments * Strong process analysis and documentation capability * Confidence working with senior stakeholders and navigating complex organisations * Understanding of regulatory or compliance driven changel Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
