Bureau Veritas is seeking a strategic and collaborative Manager, Business Analysis & Transformation to lead the ongoing evolution of our CORE and Field Spot platforms. This role combines business analysis leadership, stakeholder engagement, and team development to support enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
This is a people leadership role requiring proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing technical teams. The successful candidate will oversee a team of approximately 15-20 direct reports, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance while supporting employee growth and development.
• What You'll Do
• Lead and develop a high-performing Business Analysis team, providing coaching, mentorship, performance management, and professional development.
• Partner with senior leaders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business priorities.
• Establish and promote best practices, standards, and governance across business analysis activities.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, decision-making, and organizational change across multiple business functions.
• Oversee successful delivery, user adoption, and continuous improvement of key transformation initiatives.
• Measure program success and communicate outcomes, risks, and business value to executive leadership.
• What You'll Bring
• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience in enterprise-scale transformation environments.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Proven experience managing and leading larger teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies, requirements management, backlog prioritization, and business process improvement.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
