The   Package Health Business Analyst (APTD)   will serve as the  Product Owner   for Package Health initiatives across all APTD sites. This role foc u ses on   requirement ownership, prod u ct backlog management, project exec ution, and system adoption , working closely with  IT and other stakeholders to translate b u siness needs into scalable digital sol u tions. The analyst will also act as   a   advocate   for new system adoption, incl u ding   MES and AI-enabled solutions , driving val u e realization and   u p s k illing across the organization. Key Responsibilities Req u irement Ownership & Prod u ct Governance (APTD Package Health) • Act as the   Product Owner   for APTD Package Health digital capabilities across all sites. • Consolidate   and rationalize   Package Health requirements   to ens u re consistency, re use, and scalability. • Own and   maintain   the   product backlog , incl u ding prioritization aligned with   APTD   strategy and b u siness val ue. • Define clear b u siness req u irements, epics,   u ser stories, s uccess metrics, and acceptance criteria. • Balance global standardization with site-specific needs thro u gh str u ct ured trade-off decisions. Project & Program Management (APTD Package Health Initiatives) • Own   end-to-end project execution   for APTD Package Health initiatives, from concept thro ugh deployment and stabilization. • Develop and   maintain   project plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk registers   across m ultiple sites and stakeholders. • Drive exec u tion discipline by tracking scope, sched u le, risks, and delivery commitments. • Coordinate cross-f u nctional teams (APTD sites, ETD, analytics, and system owners) to ens u re   timely   and predictable delivery. • Prepare reg u lar project stat u s   u p dates, decision briefs, and escalation s u mmaries for leadership reviews.3. Cross-F u nctional Sol ution Alignment • Act as the primary   Product Owner interface   between   APTD   and   ETD   for sol ution design, prioritization, and delivery. • Translate APTD b u siness needs into system-level req u irements for platforms s u ch as   PADK,   eTRA, PEIP, PTM tools . • Participate in sol u tion and architect u re reviews to ens u re f u nctional fit, data integrity, scalability, and   usability. • S u p port   harmonization of data models, workflows, and KPIs across sites and systems. New System Adoption & Advocacy • Drive adoption of new and existing systems, including   MES enhancements and AI/advanced analytics solutions . • Plan and exec u te rollo u t activities: stakeholder mapping, comm unication plans, training sessions, and phased deployments. • Act as a   site and   user advocate , collecting feedback and ens u ring sol u tions deliver tangible b u siness val ue. • Track   adoption   metrics,   u ser engagement, and benefits   realization   post-deployment. AI Responsibilities • Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements. • Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work. Q ualifications Req u ired • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering , Data/Information Systems, B u siness Analytics, or   a related field . • 3–   7 years of experience as a   Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Program/Project Analyst , in semicond u ctor man u fact u ring or advanced man u fact u ring environments. • Demonstrated experience in   product ownership and project management , incl u ding backlog management, planning, and exec ution tracking. • Strong experience in   requirements   gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management   across m u ltiple sites. • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear b u siness and system req uirements. • Strong comm u nication , facilitation, and doc umentation skills. • Familiarity with semicond uctor assembly/test flows and Package Health concepts. • Experience working with   MES, manufact uring data platforms, or analytics ecosystems . • Expos u re to   AI/ML-enabled solutions , advanced analytics, or digital transformation programs. • Experience working with central IT organizations and agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery models. • Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role‑appropriate AI literacy to use AI‑enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem‑solving, operational tasks, and achieving business outcomes About Micron Technology, Inc.
