Role As a Senior Building Surveyor based in Sheffield, you will: Take ownership of diverse, high-value building surveying projects Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional client service Manage comprehensive building surveying services to exacting standards Coordinate in-house design services and project delivery Develop strong client relationships as a trusted property advisor Conduct technical reviews ensuring service quality and consistency Mentor junior team members, including APC candidates Drive business growth through proactive client engagement Person The successful applicant for this Senior Building Surveyor position in Sheffield will demonstrate: MRICS qualification with extensive building surveying experience Proven track record delivering projects across multiple construction sectors Strong leadership capabilities and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective client liaison Highly organised and capable of managing multiple priorities.
