🔍 Senior Billing Officer 📍 Antwerp, Belgium 🕓 Full-time Are you a billing professional who enjoys bringing structure, accuracy and ownership to the invoicing process? Do you like being the go-to person for billing-related questions and helping colleagues work more efficiently? Then you might be the Senior Billing Officer we're looking for at QbD Group. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth and accurate billing operations across our international organisation. You'll combine hands-on invoice processing with process coordination and act as a trusted partner for project managers, consultants and finance colleagues. 🏢 What you'll be doing Billing & Revenue Operations Process customer invoices accurately and on time in NetSuite Ensure billing activities comply with contractual agreements and Group policies Set up projects in NetSuite to support correct time registration and invoicing Follow up on billing requests and ensure all required information is available Coordinate invoicing activities with project managers, consultants and finance teams Support revenue reconciliations and billing corrections in collaboration with the Cash Collection team Monitor billing deadlines and help ensure a smooth month-end closing process Process Coordination & Continuous Improvement Act as a key user for the Order-to-Cash process and support colleagues with billing-related questions Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to efficiency initiatives Help test and implement updates within NetSuite and related systems Support the integration of newly acquired companies into the Group's billing processes Assist with finance transformation and continuous improvement projects Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with consultants, project managers, sales teams and finance colleagues Guide internal stakeholders through billing procedures to ensure correct and timely invoicing Build strong relationships with local and international teams Serve as a reliable point of contact for operational billing matters 💪 What you bring Technical Profile 3 to 7 years of experience in billing, finance administration or Order-to-Cash processes Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or similar is a plus Strong affinity with invoicing, financial administration and process optimisation Experience within a project-based, consulting or professional services environment is a plus Advanced Excel skills are considered an asset Personal Competencies Accurate, organised and detail-oriented Proactive and hands-on mindset Comfortable taking ownership and driving topics forward Strong communication skills and able to work with different stakeholders Team player who enjoys supporting and guiding colleagues Able to prioritise and perform well in a dynamic environment Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken A True QbD'er Resilient and solution-oriented Curious and eager to learn No-nonsense and pragmatic Always looking for smarter and better ways of working Professional, while keeping a sense of humour 💡 What's in it for you?
