Description
Senior BD & Marketing Executive/ Junior Manager (12 Month FTC)
Looking for a broad BD & Marketing role where you'll get hands-on experience across events, content, client development and marketing campaigns rather than being siloed into one area?
A highly regarded specialist law firm is looking for a Senior BD & Marketing Executive to join its close-knit team on a maternity cover contract. Working directly with the Head of BD & Marketing, this is a varied role offering exposure to partners, lawyers and clients across the business.
Key responsibilities:
• Support partners and lawyers with day-to-day business development activity
• Assist with pitches, credentials and client materials
• Plan and deliver client events, seminars and networking opportunities
• Manage invitations, registrations and event follow-up activity
• Support website, social media and digital content updates
• Create marketing collateral and presentations
• Maintain CRM data and support wider marketing initiatives
What they're looking for:
• Experience in a BD & Marketing role within legal or professional services
• Strong event management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, hands-on and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Why consider this role?
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants genuine exposure across the full BD & Marketing mix. You'll be part of a small team where you can make an impact quickly, work closely with senior stakeholders and take ownership of projects rather than being a small cog in a large function. The role would particularly suit someone looking to broaden their experience across events, marketing and business development in a collaborative environment.
