We are seeking a Senior Banking & Finance Lawyer to join an International Law Firm based in Luxembourg. Your missions and responsibilities • Advise on complex banking & finance transactions (loans, structured finance, etc.). • Draft & review legal documents (loan agreements, security agreements, offering memoranda). • Conduct legal research on banking regulations, securities laws, and AML/KYC. • Ensure client compliance with relevant financial regulations. • Collaborate with internal & external partners (accountants, financial advisors).
