This role is aimed at a Senior Consultant seeking to work on high-impact programmes (Growth, Operational Efficiency, Regulation, fraud prevention).💡 YOUR MISSIONSAs a Senior Banking Consultant (M/F), you manage and deliver operational transformation engagements for Banking & Insurance sector clients, drawing on strong business expertise and technological levers (AI, automation, analytics, cloud).Key responsibilities:Business advisory: diagnose business challenges, define the target state (process, organisation, technology), and build the roadmap incorporating augmented transformation impactsProject management: facilitate and coordinate multidisciplinary teams (business, IT, cross-functional, support), monitor schedule, budget, and risksTypical deliverables: studies, business cases, scoping documents, target state designs, governance documents, transformation plans, KPIs, and dashboardsAcculturation & adoption: design and facilitate requirements definition workshops and ensure adoption of new systems and toolsBusiness development: contribute to opportunity identification, proposal drafting, RFP responses, and client presentationsQuality & knowledge management: capitalise on best practices, enrich internal engagement assets and repositoriesEngagement examples:Conduct a diagnostic of banking/insurance client journeys (front-to-back) and recommend an automation & AI trajectoryBuild the business case and ROI for core banking / core insurance migration or scoring engine industrialisationManage a migration or offering development project (banking and/or insurance)Support regulatory compliance through process and reporting reviews
