Our customers include As a Senior Engineer, your work will directly support these communities by making their digital spaces faster, smarter, and more impactful. 🌟 Your Role You’ll work across product and platform initiatives to: Design and build scalable backend services using Ruby, Python, Node.js/TypeScript, or Golang Lead the decomposition of our monolith into modular, service-oriented components Drive performance and reliability improvements , leveraging async queues, caching strategies, and data modeling Implement AI-powered features (personalization, automation, recommendations) in collaboration with Product and Data teams Elevate our internal developer experience , integrating AI tooling (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and streamlining CI/CD workflows Engineer robust integrations with third-party APIs, webhooks, and event-driven systems Champion technical excellence across testing, observability, and system design Shape the technical vision , actively contributing to architecture reviews and long-term platform strategy 🌟 About You We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and has a strong engineering backbone: Proficient in on of these stacks Ruby, Python , Node.js/TypeSc
