To reformulate existing products to accommodate regulatory, financial and business climate changes. EXPERIENCE At least three years recent chemical and product development experience in the formulation and manufacture of hard surface cleaners is preferred. Previous industrial laboratory experience is highly desirable. Knowledge of VOC regulations. EDUCATION B.A. or B.S. or higher degree in chemistry or similar discipline. Formal education and/or prior experience in one or more of the following a plus: • Cleaner chemistry • Building materials chemistry SKILLS Must have good understanding of basic chemical concepts. Must have good organizational skills. Must have good written and communication skills. Must have good teaching, training and leadership skills. Must have good management and administrative skills.
