We focus our efforts on helping clients meet their investment objectives without the distractions and limitations that can arise within much larger organizations. The Role We are looking for a motivated professional to join our Los Angeles-based team as a Senior Associate.This role will work closely with the rest of the team to manage important elements of the client relationship. Willingness to travel to the Bay Area on a regular basis, especially during the initial training period is needed. Flexible start time of 6-7:30 am. Expectation is ~10-12-hours per day, resulting in ~50-60 hours per week subject to business needs. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Support the Partners and their team by providing operational functions such as: Money movement (i.e. wire and journals) Account creation and maintenance Client and prospect meeting preparation Placing trades on behalf of client Interact with clients supporting all aspects of their servicing needs Researching client inquiries and managing the follow-up communication Construct client performance and asset allocation reports Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service and devise customized financial strategies for existing/prospective clients Participate in client meetings to speak to the operational aspects of the business (take on more investment related piece over time) Qualifications 2+ years of relevant work experience Deep curiosity about the financial markets Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to think critically and anticipate issues Good verbal and communications skills Good relationship buildings skills both inside and outside of the organization Ability to work in a fast paced, high-volume, high-pressure environment Experience with Salesforce is a plus “No task is too small” mentality Bachelor’s degree is required Compensation The total compensation range for this role, inclusive of base salary and bonus, is $95,000-$130,000, depending on skills and experience.   #LI-Hybrid
