Interpath Advisory, a leading financial advisory business, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate to join their team as part of their Value Creation practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering solutions that create, preserve and sustain value for organisations facing challenges or opportunities. As a Senior Associate Value Creation – Integration & Separation, you will be responsible for supporting our clients with all their integration & separation challenges in the context of deals: Assisting on producing buy-side and sell-side carve-out and integration reports Assisting our clients in the operational execution of integrations or carve-outs Participating in other Value Creation engagements such as Finance Transformation, or Cash & Working Capital Conduct research and analysis to shape solutions, assist in business development efforts, build strong client relationships, and stay updated on industry trends to support the growth of the practice Supporting Managing Directors and other senior members of the team with client pitch production Requirements BAC(+5) in a relevant degree or equivalent qualification in a related field such as Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics Minimum 2-4 year experience in a consultancy or advisory role, preferably within I&S or Transaction Services Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and information to draw insights and conclusions Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; able to convey ideas and findings clearly and concisely to clients and colleagues Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing competing priorities and working to tight deadlines Demonstrable experience in client-facing roles, able to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation A commitment to delivering high-quality work and driving continuous improvement through feedback and reflection Fluent French and English (written and verbally) Benefits RTT, 100% navigo, canteen on-site, gymlib, 100% healthcare coverage (employee and dependents), meal vouchers, etc.
