Our Litigation and Dispute Resolution team is a national team with a huge reputation for complex litigation. Clients receive an experienced partner led service supported by a team of talented legal directors, associates and solicitors well known for handling the full range of contractual, commercial and corporate disputes across a broad spectrum of industries including banking and finance, manufacturing and distribution, IT, higher education and energy. Due to continued growth we're further expanding the team and currently have a vacancy for a Commercial Litigation Senior Associate/LD ( 6-8PQE) who will be specifically acting for and advising educational establishments. Our Education litigation offering is led by Tara Foulsham , who joined us from Coventry University last year where she spent a number of years as an in-house counsel.   The Education Litigation team deal with a variety of disputes that involve education establishments, from judicial reviews to student claims for breach of contract and discrimination, to challenges the decisions of the sector regulators. This role offers the chance to work closely with experienced lawyers on high-quality matters, while developing and managing your own caseload and building strong client relationships from the outset of your career.
