What you’ll be spending your time on:
Are you someone who loves turning data into stories, insights into action, and numbers into strategy? As our Senior Associate, FP&A , you’ll be a key player on the FP&A GTM team—helping influence the strategic direction of a global, fast growing business.
In this role, you’ll dive deep into meaningful analysis, sharpen and enhance our financial policies, and partner closely with our global sales organization to drive smarter decisions and better outcomes. You won’t just crunch numbers—you’ll help shape the big picture.
You’ll report directly to our FP&A Senior Manager based in Hong Kong, joining a dynamic team that values curiosity, collaboration, and continuous growth.

• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering or corporate finance (or similar) in a global public company; fintech or payments experience a plus
• Outstanding academic background from a top tier university, demonstrating strong analytical rigor and intellectual curiosity
• Industry experience in Banking, Payments, Fintech, E commerce, or broader Financial Services—ideal for thriving in our fast paced, data driven environment
What you’ll do:
• Drive global impact: Support key initiatives across the GTM organization and Global FP&A–GTM team, contributing to projects that reach markets around the world.
• Turn numbers into insights: Analyze revenue and OPEX trends to uncover what’s working, what’s changing, and where opportunities lie.
