This role offers exposure to a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious matters, including: • High-value and strategically significant Employment Tribunal litigation • Complex discrimination, whistleblowing and employee relations issues • Workplace and regulatory investigations • Major restructurings, reorganisations and redundancy programmes • TUPE and business change projects • Day-to-day and strategic employment law advisory work for a diverse client base You will work closely with leading employers on some of their most challenging workplace issues, advising on matters that are often high-profile, business-critical and intellectually stimulating.
