We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Associate, Construction Loan Servicing to join our Commercial Loan Servicing team. This senior-level position is responsible for managing complex real estate construction loans, including syndicated and participated transactions. The ideal candidate will ensure timely disbursements, compliance with all pre- and post-closing requirements, and provide leadership in process improvements and risk management We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Associate, Construction Loan Servicing to join our Commercial Loan Servicing team. This senior-level position is responsible for managing complex real estate construction loans, including syndicated and participated transactions. The ideal candidate will ensure timely disbursements, compliance with all pre- and post-closing requirements, and provide leadership in process improvements and risk management Key Responsibilities: Oversee pre-closing activities and ongoing servicing for complex construction loan portfolios. Manage and approve draw requests, ensuring strict compliance with budgets, lien waivers, insurance requirements, and internal controls. Coordinate site inspections and evaluate progress reports to proactively identify and mitigate project risks. Review and validate third-party reports, budgets, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness. Collaborate cross-functionally with Relationship Managers, vendors, attorneys, and inspectors to resolve escalated issues and maintain project continuity. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and audit standards throughout all loan servicing activities. Process and submit draw requests promptly and accurately, maintaining detailed reporting and status updates for completed draws and related activities. Skills/Experience Needed: 3-5+ in commercial construction loan servicing or monitoring, including syndicated/participated loan. Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, real estate or related field; equivalent experience considered. Proficiency in loan servicing platforms; Loan IQ, McCracken and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure. The estimated salary range for this position is $32.00 per hour USD to $35.00 per hour USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
