Description
Support PUL Business Planning and Central Operations (COP) in driving governance, regulatory reporting, and operational execution , ensuring strong control discipline, reporting accuracy, and efficient processing across PUL.
Key Responsibilities
• Governance & Risk
• Coordinate RCSA, audit, and control reviews across PUL
• Maintain SOPs, DOA, and control documentation
• Track and manage GRC incidents, residual risks, and remediation
• Support internal/external audits and regulatory requirements
• Regulatory & Management Reporting
• Prepare and coordinate regulatory reporting (e.g. MAS submissions)
• Manage scheme reporting (Visa, Amex) and internal dashboards
• Perform data validation, variance analysis, and stakeholder sign-offs
• Maintain central reporting trackers and audit documentation
• Central Operations (COP)
• Oversee invoice processing and payment controls (Coupa / DOA)
• Support service requests across Credit, Rewards, Acquiring
• Ensure compliance with procurement and contract governance
• Drive process standardisation and efficiency improvements
• Stakeholder Management
• Coordinate across Product, Ops, Finance, Risk, Audit teams
• Consolidate inputs and provide PUL-wide view of risks and reporting
• Support senior management updates and governance forums
• Performance Management
• Assist in preparation of monthly flash, actuals and performance reporting .
• Perform month end close entries .
• Track business performance against forecast / budget targets and form performance commentaries for management review.
• Support adhoc business reviews, strategic analysis and management requests.
Key Requirements
• Experience in risk, governance, reporting, or operations (banking preferred)
• Strong Excel / data handling / tracker management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong control mindset
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
