Description
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be the driving force behind our proactive recruitment strategy, pioneering an intelligence-led sourcing culture for executive and critical niche portfolios. You will act as a key strategic partner to the Head of TA where you will co-design and execute mid-to-long-term transformation projects across People, Process, and Technology—including the design of advanced recruitment analytics frameworks
Key responsibilities:
• Executive Research & Channel Management
• Executive & Niche Pipeline Delivery: Drive research, market mapping, and passive candidate engagement strategies for leadership and specialized positions
• Talent Intelligence: Generate market maps, competitor analysis and insights, and talent intelligence reports, influencing data-driven talent and hiring decisions
• Sourcing Capability-Building: Act as the internal champion for advanced sourcing methodologies and foster a high-performance sourcing culture across the broader TA team.
• TA Technology Innovation: Support the assessment and deployment of emerging AI and recruitment automation tools to optimize top of the funnel and outreach opportunities
• Agency and Top of the Funnel Management: Manage a win-win relationship with service providers and identify and drive alternative talent pools
• TA Projects & Insights
• Transformation Roadmap: Support strategic project workstreams aimed at optimizing the TA lifecycle
• Data Insights: Review and enhance internal recruitment analytics and dashboards. Drive data hygiene and integrity to ensure a sustainable and progressive data storytelling
• Employer Branding and Value Proposition: Collaborate on targeted employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to strengthen pipelines to enhance EVP
Requirements:
• 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, sourcing and projects
• Strong knowledge of Singapore’s talent market and proven experience in proactive candidate sourcing.
• Strong knowledge of talent markets, sourcing strategies, and recruitment technologies. Hands-on experience with recruitment portals such as LinkedIn, JobStreet and other databases to proactively source and engage candidates.
• Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and perform under tight deadlines.
• Independent, resourceful, and collaborative team player.
