• Senior Architect - ProDesign • We're hiring: Senior Architect Bucharest & Cluj-Napoca, Romania Home | Career | Senior Architect Ideal candidate • Graduated from the UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND URBANISM / FACULTY OF ARCHITECTURE majoring in ARCHITECTURE; • OAR DESIGNER ARCHITECT with minimum 10 years experience in residential, office and industrial projects is an advantage; • Bachelor’s degree, day courses 6 years; • Nemetschek Allplan and/or Autocad user (ArchiCAD for the Cluj-Napoca office); • MS Office user (Word, Excel, Outlook); • Knowledge in the field of design, analytical thinking, ability to synthesize and detail; • Knowledge of technical regulations and specific legislation in force (RO, EU); • Ability to work with specific tools for assisted design, spatial vision and technical sense; • Availability/ability to work in teams of interdisciplinary specialists; • The person with good organizational, communication and planning skills; Ability to work in a team but also individually; • Foreign languages: intermediate / advanced English, including technical terms is an advantage; • Proactive, results-oriented person; • Driving license category B – is an advantage Job Description • Assumes or prepares the design theme and ensures that it understands its requirements; • Analyzes the documentation sent by the Beneficiary to the designer, in order to start the design works and brings to the attention of the head of the department any deficiencies or omissions found in the analyzed documentation; • Based on the consultations with the Head of the Department, prepares the additional requests addressed to the Beneficiary regarding the documents necessary to start the design activity; • Transmits the additional requests addressed to the Beneficiary regarding the documents necessary to start the design activity; • Participates in the process of optimization/improvement of detailed solutions in the design theme; • Participates in the implementation of architecture specialty projects (phase D.T.A.C., D.T.O.E., D.T.A.D., P.Th., D.E.) with the help of dedicated software applications, in permanent coordination with the head of the department and the heads of the resistance structure sections. , installations, respectively roads and vertical systematization or platforms, with any other internal and external specialists participating in the realization of the project; • Performs work to improve design projects through the variety and promptness of proposed design solutions; • Participates in the implementation of specialty projects in architecture, in accordance with the legislation, norms and regulations in force, in permanent coordination with the head of the department; • Participates in the creation of written works: technical memos and specifications, in permanent coordination with the head of the department, respectively the heads of the resistance structure, installations, roads and systematization/vertical platforms departments, or with any other internal and external specialists who participate in the realization the project.
