THE POSITION Odyssey Hotel Group is looking for a ( Senior ) Analyst Development & Feasibility to support the evaluation of hotel development, investment, and acquisition opportunities across Europe. In this role, you will conduct market and financial research, prepare feasibility studies, build detailed financial models, and support investment decisions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, investors, consultants, and other external partners. Your analyses and recommendations will provide important input for the continued growth and development of Odyssey Hotel Group’s portfolio. THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct feasibility studies for new hotel developments, conversions, and acquisition opportunities. Create and maintain detailed financial models, investment appraisals, and business cases. Analyse hotel performance, market positioning, demand drivers, and competitive environments. Monitor hospitality market trends, competitor activity, transaction data, and economic indicators. Prepare investment memoranda, reports, presentations, and recommendations for internal decision-making. Support due diligence processes and the evaluation of potential development and investment opportunities. Work closely with internal departments, investors, owners, consultants, and other external stakeholders. Support the tracking of the development pipeline and the preparation of portfolio reports. Review development assumptions, operating forecasts, capital expenditure requirements, and projected returns. Provide analytical support throughout the development and decision-making process. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Hospitality, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Between two and four years of relevant experience in hotel development, real estate, investment banking, transaction services, consulting, or a similar analytical role.
