We provide our partners with access to resources including funding, thought leadership, a network of peers, and a playbook for applying proven principles to transform lives and society.  The Senior Alumni Relations Manager will execute and continuously strengthen a high-impact alumni engagement strategy focused on advancing classical liberal ideas. This leader will steward and activate a growing network of alumni, helping deepen engagement, strengthen connections, and increase the network’s long-term influence and effectiveness.  As an individual contributor, this role is ideal for a relationship-oriented operator who excels at translating strategy into execution, identifying opportunities to improve engagement over time, and building trusted relationships across a diverse policy network.   Preference is for candidates available to work in person in Arlington, VA. Remote candidates will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
