West Monroe is hiring a Senior AI Product Manager to lead the design and delivery of AI-enabled operational intelligence solutions within client environments. This is a hands-on product role focused on shipping real software , partnering closely with engineers and stakeholders to deliver systems that drive measurable business impact.
About the Role
You will own product outcomes from problem definition through deployment and adoption , working side-by-side with engineers and client stakeholders. This role is execution-focused—shaping solutions, making tradeoffs, and ensuring what gets built is both technically sound and actively used.
What You Will Do
Define product strategy and roadmaps that incorporate AI and automation
Translate business needs into clear requirements, backlogs, and priorities
Partner with engineering to shape technical solutions and tradeoffs
Lead Agile delivery from concept to production
Deliver AI-powered features (e.g., copilots, workflows, automation systems)
Apply AI across the SDLC to improve velocity and quality
Drive client engagement, pilots, and adoption
Track success metrics (e.g., adoption, cycle time, business outcomes)

Able to balance business and technical tradeoffs
Qualifications
Required:
5+ years in product management, consulting, or related roles
Experience delivering software products in client environments
Strong experience with Agile delivery and engineering collaboration
Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences
Willingness to travel (30%)
Technical & AI Fluency:
Ability to engage on architecture and technical tradeoffs
Experience with AI/LLMs in products (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI)
Familiarity with AI-assisted development and SDLC tooling
Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, synthesize complex information, and support data-driven recommendations for clients, exercising sound judgment in evaluating outputs.
Apply AI technologies (e.g., generative AI, automation tools, data models) to enhance insights, improve delivery efficiency, and elevate the quality of client outcomes.
Preferred:
Experience with workflow automation, data platforms, or operational systems
Prior forward deployed or consulting product experience
Track record of driving adoption and measurable outcomes

Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role can vary based on your proximity to one of our West Monroe offices (see table below).
