About The Role We're looking for a senior Product Manager to own the product strategy and execution for how Hudhud generates and maintains map content—starting with POIs—through internal tooling, AI automation, and community contributions, delivering measurable improvements in coverage, freshness, quality, and cost efficiency . Responsibilities • POI & Map Gen Product Own the end-to-end POI lifecycle : creation → validation → enrichment → freshness • Define roadmap for the POI Portal and map editing tools (incl. JOSM customization) • Design workflows connecting Data Ops, AI, Engineering, and external contributors • Monitor the impact of Map Gen features and optimize based on metrics • AI Automation • Prioritize which map features should be automated by AI • Define acceptance criteria, accuracy targets, and human-in-the-loop design • Drive rollout strategy with AI & Engineering teams • Data Ops Enablement • Work closely with Data Ops to identify inefficiencies and convert them into product requirements • Improve reviewer productivity, QA workflows, and validation loops • Data Platform Prioritization • Act as requirements owner toward Data Platform/Infra • Consolidate needs from Map Gen, AI, and Data Ops into a ranked backlog • Ensure platform roadmap is aligned with business impact • Community & Crowdsourcing • Own strategy to shift from in-house collection → hybrid → community contributions • Design contributor experience, incentives, and quality gates Requirements • 4+ years Product Management in GIS, mapping, marketplaces, or UGC platforms • Experience with ML-enabled products and ops-heavy workflows • Strong analytical mindset and experimentation culture • Ability to translate field problems into tech solutions • Excellent stakeholder management across Ops, AI, and Engineering Bonus • Experience with OSM/JOSM or geospatial tools • Crowdsourcing/gig platforms • Arabic language What You’ll Own • POI Portal & Map Gen tooling roadmap • AI feature prioritization & success criteria • Requirements & prioritization for Data Platform serving Map Gen • Metrics and impact governance
