Description
PURPOSE :
We are seeking a highly motivated GenAI / LLM Engineer with 3+ years of experience to design, develop, and optimize cutting-edge generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building end-to-end GenAI systems, including LLM-based applications, prompt engineering pipelines, RAG architectures, and multi-step autonomous agent workflows. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, practical experience with modern AI frameworks, and the ability to integrate APIs, vector databases, and external tools to build scalable and reliable AI systems.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development or related software engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience building at least one end-to-end GenAI or LLM-based project.
• Experience with LangChain / LangGraph / LLM orchestration frameworks.
• Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and microservices.
• Basic knowledge of ML fundamentals (supervised/unsupervised learning).
• Strong logical reasoning and debugging capabilities.
• Ability to break down complex problems into structured solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
• GenAI Solution Development : Design, develop, and optimize GenAI solutions using LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, open-source models, etc.).
• Prompt Engineering & Optimization : Build and fine-tune prompt engineering pipelines
• RAG System Development : Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems
• Agent Workflow Architecture : Design and implement multi-step agent workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or similar
• Autonomous Agent Development : Build autonomous agents capable of tool usage, reasoning, and decision-making
• API & Tool Integration : Integrate APIs, vector databases, and external tools into agent pipelines
• Performance Optimization & Debugging : Debug and optimize agent behavior for reliability and scalability
• Machine Learning Model Development : Develop and deploy ML models where required
• Data Processing & Feature Engineering : Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and dataset validation
• Embeddings & Vector Database Management : Work with embeddings, vector databases (Milvus, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
