Tax Compliance and Regulatory Reporting Senior Administrator – Tax Compliance and Regulatory Reporting Share: ROLE OVERVIEW PURPOSE OF JOB To provide, implement and operate a comprehensive set of Tax Compliance and Regulatory Reporting services that meets the needs of JTC clients, under the supervision of the Associate Director/Manager within Jersey and other JTC offices. MAIN RESPONSIBLITIES AND DUTIES • Preparing and ensuring the accuracy of FATCA and CRS reporting submissions across multiple jurisdictions. • Undertake FATCA/CRS entity classifications and supporting the business in the completion of self-certifications where required. • Ensuring FATCA/CRS obligations are met for entities which are in the process of closing or being transferred out to another service provider. • Awareness and adherence to contractual and statutory obligations under the Group’s policies, procedures and guidelines, including the Group’s core values and expected behaviours. • Reviewing of processes and determining potential process improvements. • Ensuring that internal procedures and controls are properly followed. • Adhere to Risk & Associated Compliance procedures in relation to regulatory requirements and AML legislation. • Adhere to CPD requirements in accordance with qualification level and in-house procedures. • Adhere to the JTC core values and expected behaviours. • Any other duties as deemed necessary by Management. • Any other duties as deemed necessary by Management. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS • Educated to A-level standard or equivalent. • Part qualified ACCA/ICAEW/ICAS/ATT/CTA or equivalent an advantage. • Previous experience in a tax/regulatory reporting role. • Proactive self-starter. • High level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail. • Ability to work to tight deadlines with multiple priorities. • Collaborative team player.
