You'll make sure patients have a great experience from the moment they walk in. You'll keep the facility running, the team coordinated, and the paperwork in order. What You'll Do Keep the clinic safe, clean, and fully operational every day Manage staff schedules, attendance, and leave planning Help patients book appointments and get the information they need on time Plan and run health outreach programs and wellness events in the community Handle billing, invoicing, and payments from corporate clients and vendors Make sure all regulatory paperwork is filed correctly and on time Train staff on digital tools and find ways to make processes faster and simpler
