Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and career-driven Senior Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support in our Boston office. This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties – it’s about being a trusted partner who helps streamline operations, manage priorities, and ensure the leaders you support can focus on strategic initiatives. If you thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment, enjoy problem-solving, and take pride in anticipating needs before they arise, this is the opportunity for you.

• Travel & Expense Coordination: Arrange domestic travel and handle expense reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
• Project & Event Support: Coordinate town halls, volunteer events, and special projects—including logistics, communications, and vendor coordination. Occasionally assist with local marketing events, such as providing on-site support for client gatherings (e.g., holiday parties) to ensure smooth execution.
• Executive Support: Prepare presentations, meeting agendas, and correspondence. Occasionally respond or send communications on behalf of executives.
• Team Engagement: Help executives stay connected with their teams by tracking birthdays, work anniversaries, and other milestones.
• Operational Assistance: Manage access requests, time-off tracking, and other administrative processes.
• Daily Collaboration: Partner closely with executives to review upcoming priorities, meetings, and deliverables.
Education and Experience Required:
• Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of progressive administrative support experience, preferably supporting executives.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experienced Career Admin: Proven success supporting senior leaders in a corporate setting.
• Proactive Problem Solver: Anticipates needs, identifies solutions, and takes initiative without waiting for direction.
• Organizational Expert: Skilled in managing complex calendars, email prioritization, and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-Oriented & Reliable: Strong attention to detail for expense reporting, travel arrangements, and event planning.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with the Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
• Relationship Builder: Professional, approachable, and committed to helping executives lead effectively.
• Growth Mindset: Eager to learn and grow within the organization.
Work Model/Office Location:
• This is a hybrid position requiring four days in office per week.
• Eligible candidates must live within commuting distance to 115 Federal Street, Boston, MA 02110.
Total Compensation:
• Competitive hourly rate
• Paid time off starting at 4 weeks per year, plus 12 paid federal holidays per year.

• Various options for tuition assistance, paid parental and adoption leave, stock purchase, wellness and employee discounts.
• Receive 40 hours per year of volunteer time with an organization of your choosing (get paid to give back!).
• And more.
