Our Sydney team based in St Leonards is currently looking for an enthusiastic full time Clinic Coordinator to start immediately. The successful applicant will thrive in a team environment and have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in administration and customer service roles. It is a great opportunity to use your technical, communication, critical thinking and teamwork skills and really make a difference! Duties and responsibilities • Assist in the organisation and management of client appointments at our clinics across Australia including complex diary management and ERP systems • Answer client and referring health professionals’ queries • Manage telephone and email contact with health professionals, clients with disabilities and their families/carers, funding bodies and the NDIS • Process customer quotes and orders • Liaise with therapists and staff at other Second Skin offices across Australia Experience and skills required • Minimum 5 years’ experience in administration role • High level of verbal and written communication skills • Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and high attention to detail • Have a “can do” attitude and a focus on providing excellent service to both our internal and external customers and ability to be flexible within the team • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and ability to adapt to new software • Understanding of NDIS (role, functions and funding) is desirable • Police clearance • Working with Children Check • NDIS Worker Screening Check • Residency visa or right to work in Australia • Current driving licence • The successful applicant will be required to follow the Company’s vaccination policy to be able to perform all aspects of the role Please include at least 2 contactable referees.
