Overview MiFinity is seeking a commercially focused  Senior Acquisition Lead  to own the strategy, execution and performance of new customer growth. This role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and will lead acquisition across paid media  channels , SEO, partnerships, co-marketing,  app acquisition ,   website  and landing page  conversion. Role Purpose The  Senior Acquisition Lead  will establish senior ownership of quality customer growth within the Marketing structure. The role will create a disciplined acquisition engine with clear channel accountability, conversion focus, tracking discipline and commercial reporting. Key Responsibilities • Own the acquisition strategy across   paid media channels, SEO, partnerships, co-marketing, app acquisition, website and landing page conversion. • Build a commercially accountable acquisition engine focused on quality, conversion, cost efficiency and funded customer growth. • Lead paid acquisition planning across relevant search, paid social, display, programmatic, retargeting and app channels. • Own   p artnership and co-marketing acquisition in collaboration with Commercial and Merchant-facing teams. • Provide functional leadership for SEO and organic growth . • Improve website and landing-page conversion through structured testing, clear messaging, funnel analysis and performance-led briefs. • Partner with Marketing Technology on tracking, attribution, tagging, campaign setup and data-quality improvements. • Work with Brand/Campaigns and Social Media to turn campaign concepts into measurable acquisition activity. • Build acquisition reporting covering budget pacing, channel performance, CAC, conversion, payback and funnel leakage. • Create a 90-day acquisition roadmap that establishes priorities, ownership, budget discipline and weekly performance   reviews. Experience and Skills • 6+ years in acquisition, growth marketing, performance marketing or a closely related digital growth role. • Strong experience across paid media, SEO, affiliate/partner acquisition, landing-page conversion and funnel optimisation. • Experience managing acquisition budgets and reporting on CAC, CPA, ROAS, payback, conversion and channel quality. • Strong analytical capability and comfort working with data, dashboards, attribution, tracking and test results. • Fintech, payments, eWallet, app, marketplace, SaaS, financial services or digital product experience preferred. • Strong stakeholder-management skills and the confidence to challenge Product, Data, Compliance, Commercial and Finance where acquisition outcomes require it. • Ability to create clear briefs for content, design, social, technical and commercial stakeholders. • Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor initially, while using shared resources effectively.
