Job description:
The resource will cover the functional role of Chief Accountant of the Italian and foreign subsidiaries of the Elemaster Group.
Skills:
• At least 5 years of experience in similar roles
• Knowledge of VAT regulations
• Knowledge of international IAS/IFRS standards
• Good level of English, written and spoken
• Excellent ability to use office tools (Focus: EXCEL)
• Knowledge of corporate ERP (knowledge of Infor LN is considered a plus)
Responsibilities:
• Accounting records and journal entries
• Supervision of the registration of passive and active invoices and customs notes
• Periodic VAT payments
• Intrastat checks
• Management of deadlines and tax returns
• Records relating to personnel
• Asset management
• Adjustment writings
• Print journal, VAT registers and inventory books
• Financial statement preparation (supporting the accountant)
• Intercompany reconciliations
