Drive working capital improvements through proactive management of collections strategies, customer payment behavior, delinquency trends, write-off reduction initiatives, and recovery programs. Prepare and present weekly and monthly AR reporting packages for Finance leadership, including aging analysis, cash collections performance, collector productivity, churn reporting, write-offs, recovery metrics, and sales-to-cash conversion trends. Partner with the Controller, CFO, Billing and Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and business leaders to identify collection risks, improve payment performance, support system migrations, and drive strategic initiatives impacting working capital.
