Senior Accountant Location: San Diego, CA (Hybrid) | Department: Finance & Accounting | Reports To: Senior Accounting Manager | Compensation: $92,000 - $115,000 base salary + 10% annual bonus + equity About Netradyne Netradyne is a leading AI and SaaS company transforming fleet safety, operational efficiency, and transportation intelligence through advanced computer vision and machine learning. Position Overview The Senior Accountant will report to the Senior Accounting Manager and support core accounting operations, commission accounting, payroll support, debt and financing activities, audit support, quarterly reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong accounting fundamentals, excellent organization, attention to detail, and a builder mentality focused on automation, scalability, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including account reconciliations, supporting schedules, fixed assets, and compliance with accounting policies and internal controls. Assist with debt, financing, quarterly reporting, executive and Board reporting materials, external audit requests, and year-end audit activities. Own and support commission accounting processes, reconciliations, accruals, reporting, and commission-related questions in partnership with Sales Operations, Finance, and business leaders. Support payroll-related accounting activities and partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Finance, Payroll, Sales Operations, Business Systems, and India-based accounting resources. Identify manual workflows, drive automation opportunities, streamline reporting, reduce cycle times, and improve accuracy, scalability, and business outcomes. Act as a trusted business partner who proactively solves problems, manages competing priorities, and adapts quickly as business needs evolve. What Success Looks Like Improves the efficiency, scalability, and accuracy of accounting operations. Automates one or more highly manual accounting or finance processes. Strengthens commission accounting, reporting, audit readiness, and quarterly reporting processes. Builds trusted relationships across U.S. and India-based teams while maintaining high quality and attention to detail. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 3-6 years of accounting or finance experience. Strong NetSuite experience required. Experience with commission accounting, sales-related accounting processes, reconciliations, and accounting operations. Proven ability to improve or automate manual processes. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and strong attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications CPA designation preferred, not required. Experience supporting a sales-driven organization or high-growth SaaS, technology, biotech, healthcare, or similar environment. Experience with NetSuite Fixed Assets, external audits, quarterly reporting, debt and financing accounting, or process automation initiatives.
