Description Overview Perrigo is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager Contract Manufacturing (m/f/d) professional to manage and grow the Contract Manufacturing (B2B) customer portfolio across global markets. The role is responsible for driving sustainable sales growth, developing strategic customer relationships, and achieving revenue and gross profit targets through effective account management and new business development. The position works closely with Manufacturing, Regulatory, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to deliver customer solutions and maximize portfolio opportunities. Scope of the Role • Manage and develop relationships with assigned B2B/contract manufacturing customers. • Identify and execute growth opportunities within existing customer accounts. • Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales and profitability targets. • Lead customer meetings and coordinate cross-functional internal stakeholders. • Monitor, manage, and communicate customer forecasts and demand plans. • Contribute to the Monthly Demand Forecast process and support SAP forecasting accuracy. • Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and contractual arrangements in line with company policies. • Build strong relationships with customers across multiple organizational levels and functions. • Prospect and secure new business opportunities to maximize manufacturing capacity utilization. • Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, business development initiatives, and customer requirements. • Provide market intelligence and strategic insights to support business growth and decision-making. Experience Required • Several years of pharmaceutical sales, account management, or business development experience. • Experience within FMCG, generic pharmaceuticals, contract manufacturing, or healthcare sectors across the UK and/or Europe. • Demonstrated success in sales growth, customer development, and commercial negotiations. • Experience managing relationships with large corporate or blue-chip organizations. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market trends and business opportunities. Preferred Education • Bachelor's degree or tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field preferred. Skills & Competencies • Excellent sales, negotiation, and influencing skills. • Strong customer-centric mindset. • Ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels. • Effective communication and presentation skills. • Strong collaboration and teamwork capabilities. • Strategic thinking combined with attention to detail. • Excellent time management and prioritization skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
