What You'll Need to Succeed .rte-sub]:my-10 [&>.rte-sub:last-child]:mb-0"> • 5+ years of experience in account management or client services within creative, digital, or professional services environments. • Experience managing and retaining client accounts with ownership of renewals. • Ability to lead commercial conversations within defined pricing and deal structures. • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working with senior clients. • Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution. • Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Project Managers and Producers. • Comfort using data to inform account decisions and forecasting. • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to connect delivery to business outcomes.
