Senior Account Executive - Jamaica Job Summary: The Regional Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth within Jamaica  by selling managed services , and IT solutions including cloud, cybersecurity, business continuity solutions , and Value Added Resale (VAR) to enterprise and mid-market customers. This role requires a deep understanding of the region and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, and the capability to manage a sales team to meet and exceed targets. The Senior Account Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams, including senior management, marketing, solutions , and service delivery, to ensure client satisfaction and growth. Key Responsibilities: • Sales Strategy and Planning • Develop a market sizing and Go-to-Market Plan for the territory. • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the region to achieve revenue and growth targets. • Identify and prioritize key markets, customer segments, and opportunities for managed services within the region. • Forecast sales goals and objectives for the region, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets. • Market Leadership • Develop thought leadership platforms to drive outsourced IT, cloud services and managed services agendas in the region. • Promote sovereign cloud services agenda and sovereign data management as fundamental to national data integrity and defense. • Become a regionally-recognized subject matter expert on subjects relating to sovereign data, IT integrity, cyber security and digital transformation. • Client Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within major government and pr i vate sector accounts. • Understand client needs and tailor managed services solutions to meet their business objectives . • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships to encourage repeat business. • Team Leadership • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets. • Conduct regular sales training and coaching sessions to enhance the team’s skills and knowledge. • Monitor and assess team performance, providing feedback and taking corrective actions when necessary. • Business Development • Identify new business opportunities within the region, including potential partnerships and strategic alliances. • Engage in prospecting and lead generation activities to build a robust sales pipeline. • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote managed services offerings. • Collaboration and Cross-Functional Coordination • Work closely with marketing to develop and execute regional marketing campaigns and initiatives. • Collaborate with solutions and technology partners to stay informed about the latest managed services offerings and product updates. • Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support for clients. • Reporting and Analytics • Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management. • Use CRM tools and analytics to monitor sales activities, pipeline, and results. • Report and a nalyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies and tactics accordingly. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business , Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with a focus on managed services, IT services, or technology solutions. • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a regional or national role. • Good understanding and experience implementing proven sales methodologies . • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teams. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Deep understanding of managed services, including cloud services, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and related technologies. • Ability to travel within the region as needed. Preferred Skills : • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). • Strong network of contacts within the region, including senior management within target verticals, public sector, and industry peers . • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactical plans. Work Environment : This role is hybrid, starting in a purely remote setting with a possibility to work in a regional office .  A ll required equipment will be provided .   Frequent travel within the region is required .
