SENDCo | Full Time | Permanent We are seeking an inspirational and committed SENDCo to join a fully inclusive and ambitious school community in Cambridge. The role involves leading on SEND provision and supporting pupils with additional needs, working closely with staff, families and external professionals to ensure all learners can succeed. Key responsibilities: Oversee targeted SEND provision and inclusive practice Lead on statutory processes, referrals and documentation Support teachers with high-quality, inclusive classroom practice Work in partnership with parents and external agencies The ideal candidate: A skilled teacher with experience of SEND Passionate about inclusion and pupil progress Strong understanding of supporting learners with additional needs Collaborative, proactive and solution-focused A fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a supportive and dedicated school community.
