SEND Teaching Assistant - EYFS Tower Hamlets, East London Full-Time September 2026 - July 2027 £100 daily paid PAYE Help Young Children Thrive from the Very Beginning Are you a caring, patient and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with additional needs? SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive Early Years setting in Tower Hamlets for a full-time SEND Teaching Assistant to join the team for the full academic year. The Role As the SEND Teaching Assistant, you'll work within the EYFS provision, supporting children with a variety of additional learning needs. Your role will include: Supporting children both individually and in small groups Encouraging communication, social interaction and emotional development Working alongside the class teacher and SENDCo to implement personalised support strategies Promoting independence through play-based learning and daily routines Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues Helping to create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment No two days are the same, making this an incredibly rewarding role for someone who enjoys working with young children.
