SEN Teaching Assistant - ASAP Start - Tower Hamlets - School Setting - 95- 130 per day (DOE) • Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant • SEN Teaching Assistant required in Tower Hamlets • SEN Teaching Assistant required for a school setting • ASAP start • 90- 120 per day (dependent on experience) Are you a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role supporting children with additional needs? If so, this SEN Teaching Assistant role could be the perfect opportunity for you! The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant I am recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to provide one-to-one and small group support for students with a range of special educational needs, helping them access the curriculum, develop their confidence and achieve their individual targets. As a SEN Teaching Assistant you will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalised learning strategies and support positive behaviour throughout the school day. The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will have previous experience in an SEN or mainstream setting, excellent communication skills and a calm, patient approach. Team Teach or other positive behaviour management training would be beneficial but is not essential.
