County Teachers is working with a specialist SEN provision in Stevenage and is looking for dedicated teachers to support pupils with a range of additional needs. We have daily supply and long-term opportunities available for teachers who are committed to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
The role:
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons.
Support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs.
Create a safe, nurturing and structured classroom environment.
Work closely with support staff and the wider school team.
The ideal candidate:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Has experience in SEN or a passion for supporting children with additional needs.
Is patient, adaptable and resilient.
Has excellent classroom management and communication skills.
