SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistant Job Description: • £97 - £115 per day. • Monday to Friday (no weekends). • Full-time, Long-Term. • Based in Newham • Start ASAP. SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistant Role: • Assisting teaching staff in the classroom with learning. • Working closely with individual students and small groups with additional needs. • Providing support to young people with SEN/SEMH needs to eliminate barriers within the curriculum and making learning more accessible. The Ideal Candidate for the SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistant Role will have: • A degree-level qualification. • Previous experience working with children, including those with SEN/SEMH needs. • A desire to kickstart their career in teaching, educational psychology, mental health, special educational needs and more!
