At Fresh Start in Education, we’re looking for proactive, person-centred people to design and deliver personalised sessions that build confidence and a sense of hope for young people currently out of education in Dorset.  Whether it’s supporting a student with their online learning, helping them develop strategies for emotional regulation, or planning educational sessions that will spark their curiosity, you’ll inspire students to rediscover the joy of learning in a way that works for them. One learner, one relationship, one small step at a time. With allowances for travel and resources and full support from our dedicated team, this flexible role gives you the freedom to deliver learning in the ways that you feel best meet the student’s needs and interests.
