Salary: Competitive LEF Ltd is a busy engineering and fabrication company based in Lerwick, Shetland, supporting projects in the energy, renewables, and marine sectors. We’re looking for reliable and hardworking Semi-Skilled Workers to join our Workshop team. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in a workshop, construction, or industrial setting who’s keen to learn and develop new skills. Key Responsibilities: • Assist tradespeople with fabrication, mechanical, and general workshop tasks • Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision • Carry out general labouring, cleaning, and material handling duties • Follow health and safety rules and procedures at all times • Support the smooth running of day-to-day workshop operations What We’re Looking For: • Previous experience in a workshop, construction, or industrial role • Good attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team • Basic mechanical or fabrication knowledge is a bonus • Forklift licence or CSCS/Safety Passport is useful but not essential What We Offer: • Full-time work with a growing local employer • On-the-job training and opportunities to upskill • Supportive team environment • Competitive rate of pay To apply , send your CV or a short summary of your experience to [email protected] .
