Warrant Field Agent Self-Employed | Part-Time / Full-Time Guaranteed Daily Rate: £130–£150 per day (dependent on skills and experience) About the Role As a Warrant Field Agent , you will be responsible for executing court warrants at residential and commercial properties across the UK. This is a pioneering self-employed role offering flexibility, guaranteed daily rates, and clear visibility of upcoming work. You will operate independently while leading on-site teams and ensuring all activities are carried out safely, professionally, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements. Must have a minimum of 1 year's previous experience as a Warrant Field Agent or in a related industry (e.g. Police, Armed Forces, Prison Service, Enforcement, Security, or similar operational field-based roles). Key Responsibilities • Execute court warrants at residential and commercial properties • Recover utility arrears and carry out meter disconnections or exchanges • Plan, organise, and lead on-site teams, including locksmiths, engineers, and dog handlers • Manage workloads with up to four weeks' visibility of scheduled work • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members • Ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation, FCA rules, data protection requirements, and company policies • Conduct operational assessments and evaluations to improve effectiveness • Prepare accurate reports and documentation relating to operations and performance • Identify, manage, and resolve disputes in line with agreed procedures • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to achieve operational objectives Working Pattern & Benefits • Work as many days as you choose (minimum of 2 weekdays per week) • 8-hour working day • Monday to Friday and/or Saturdays (subject to client operating hours) • Guaranteed daily rate • UK-wide opportunities with work allocated to pre-agreed postcode areas • Full training and continuous support provided • Opportunities for career progression and access to different roles within the business Requirements • Must have a minimum of 1 year's previous experience as a Warrant Field Agent or in a related industry (e.g. Police, Armed Forces, Prison Service, Enforcement, Security, or similar operational field-based roles). • Full UK driving licence • Access to your own vehicle with business insurance • ULEZ-compliant vehicle (if working within the London ULEZ zone) • Clean DBS check • Healthy credit history CCJs may be considered where satisfactory repayment arrangements are in place • Strong organisational, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills About Us • Engage Services is part of the Marston Holdings Limited group of companies and works on behalf of many major household names across the utility and financial sectors . • We are leading the industry with a pioneering self-employed field role and are proud of our inclusive workforce.
