About the role Is well-being and fitness of our members and guests important to you? Do you like to work health-conscious and appreciate helping others? As a Personal Trainer (m/f) at our Aspria Brussels Clubs, you will support our members on their way to reach their goals. As an energetic and communicative person, you will also have a high degree of empathy and will not be disturbed by potentially challenging situations. Responsibilites • You proactively sell and conduct personal training sessions • You implement the Aspria Service Standards What we want from you • You have a sports degree or a completed training with a focus on fitness training • A proof of your trainer license (at least EREPS 4) is required • You must have a valid Business identification number (VAT N°) in Belgium • You appreciate the independent way of working and have the necessary sense of responsibility for it • Ideally, you have experience in acquisition, sales and customer retention • You appear to be positive, self-confident and representative so that you can thereby inspire our guests, members and employees alike • You can communicate well in French and English with our international guests, Dutch and other languages, is a plus What we offer you • Interesting and future-proof working environment in a company expanding throughout Europe • State of the art equipment, in a premium club
