Role Overview: The Security Supervisor will oversee security operations, ensuring a safe environment for all visitors and staff. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate security personnel. Monitor security systems and access control. Conduct patrols and ensure adherence to security protocols. Respond to incidents and escalate when necessary. Train security staff on safety procedures. Assist in crowd control during large events. Maintain security logs and reports. Support emergency response and crisis management. Candidate Requirements: Diploma in Security Management or related field. 4+ years of experience in security supervision. Strong observational and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage a team and enforce security protocols. Knowledge of emergency response procedures. Experience in operating CCTV and surveillance systems. Strong communication and conflict resolution skills. Physically fit and able to work in demanding environments.
